A list of conference hotels, terms and conditions of booking as well as an on-line reservation service is available on this web site.

Please make sure to have your reservation confirmed by 15 April, 2012. After this date, rooms might not be guaranteed. A email confirmation will be sent out for your reservation.

University residences

A number of rooms in the Northumbria University residences will be made available especially for the conference. Reservation will be made on a first come first serve basis.

To book a university residence room please email: rc.conferences@northumbria.ac.uk advising of the dates you wish to stay, We will then confirm your bookings and send information, directions etc.
