The Symposium will be held at the University of Rome - Sapienza, Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, which has a long tradition of teaching and researching. The Faculty is located in the historic centre of Rome directly overlooking the Coliseum and next to the ancient Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli, home to Michelangelo's statue of Moses.
