You need to submit your full-length paper (not an abstract) for review.
Papers should be submitted online via Submit Your Paper.
Note: Only pdf files of up to 2 MB in size are acceptable.
Papers must be prepared according to IEEE standards (templates below).
Note: The length of papers is limited to 6 pages. There is a charge of 50 Euros per each extra page. The number of charged extra pages is limited to two (no paper can be above 8 pages in length). Each submitted paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers.
If your paper is accepted for poster presentation, you need to print and bring your poster with you (size A1).
This is the final version of your paper as appeared in the conference proceedings.
After, revising your accepted paper according to reviewers' comments, you need to submit the camera ready version of your paper.
As initial submission, the camera ready papers (pdf format of up to 2 MB in size) should be submitted online via Submit Your Paper.
Note: You also need to complete a copyright notice provided by IEEE.

Delegates will receive a copy of the proceedings at the registration desk. The conference is technically co-sponsorized by the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society. Registered and presented papers will be published in the proceedings that will be indexed on IEEE Xplore.
