Paper Submission
Initial Submission for Review
You need to submit your full-length paper (not an abstract) for review.
Papers should be submitted online via https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/EFEA2016 .
Note: Only pdf files of up to 2 MB in size are acceptable.
Papers must be prepared according to IEEE standards (templates below).
Note: The length of papers is limited to 6 pages. There is a charge of 50 Euros per each extra page. The number of charged extra pages is limited to two (no paper can be above 8 pages in length).
If your paper is accepted for poster presentation, you need to print and bring your poster with you (size A1).
Templates
Select Save when the File Download window appears. The files cannot open directly from the server.
Camera Ready Submission
This is the final version of your paper as appeared in the conference proceedings.
After, revising your accepted paper according to reviewers' comments, you need to submit the camera ready version of your paper.
As initial submission, the camera ready papers (pdf format of up to 2 MB in size) should be submitted online via https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/EFEA2016.
Note: You also need to complete a copyright notice provided by IEEE.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (http://www.pdf-express.org).
First-time users should do the following:
1) Select the New Users.
2) Enter the following: 38566X for the Conference ID, your email address, a password.
3) Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
4) Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
