• At least one of the authors must register before uploading the final accepted paper or poster.
• The registered author must attend the conference and present the paper.
• Registered authors can upload up to two papers.
• Authors registered as "Student" can upload only one accepted paper.
• Best three papers registered as “Student” and presented at the conference will be granted with free registration fee.

Authors registration fee include: lunch, refreshment and coffee breaks, conference tour, conference proceedings (on USB), conference bag and gala dinner.
