Paper Submission
Initial Submission for Review
You need to submit your full-length paper (not an abstract) for review.
Papers should be submitted online via https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/EFEA2025.
Note: Only pdf files of up to 2 MB in size are acceptable.
Papers must be prepared according to IEEE standards (templates below).
Note: The length of papers is limited to 6 pages. There is a charge of £50 per each extra page. The number of charged extra pages is limited to two (no paper can be above 8 pages in length). Each submitted paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers.
If your paper is accepted for poster presentation, you need to print and bring your poster with you (size A1).

Preparing your camera-ready paper. Here are the steps that you need to follow:
Step 1: Log in to IEEE pdf express site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/Account/Login
Step 2: First-time users should do the following: - 1) Select the New Users - 2) Enter the following: 67685X for the Conference ID, your email address and a password.- 3) Continue to enter information as prompted.- 4) An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent. Note: Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Step3. Click on Dashboard – click on ‘create new title’ and upload papers.
The system will verify that your paper conforms to the required IEEE template and will generate a new PDF with a filename assigned by IEEE. Please do not change this filename.
Once your IEEE-compliant PDF has been generated, kindly send it to the Publication Chair, Dr. Daniel Dai (xuewu.dai@northumbria.ac.uk ), with a copy to me (krishna.busawon@northumbria.ac.uk ).

Please note:
At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered for the conference by the deadline to have the paper included in the published proceedings.
Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) to be included in the published proceedings.
Only one author per paper will benefit from the student or IEEE membership fees discount.
Registration fee for attendance at the venue includes Gala Dinner.
